| Stop it.
It's not helping anyone. Pretentious essays don't make me respect you more. It makes me sad that I've had to waste 5 minutes of my life reading banal, cliche bullshit. We get it. Being in immigrant in Kindergarten was tough. Let's move on. You're not the only one. Go talk to the thousands of other people who have written sappy essays published in English 101 workbooks on how they were told to be more American in grade school. In today's society, we might be able to forget our differences and move on but we can't forget how different everyone is because every year, hundreds of English class students are forced to read crappy essays about how proud you are that you're so different. No one is stopping you from being different. No one cares. STFU already. We've heard it before.
Also, Carlos Mencia is NOT FUNNY. He show isn't funny, his stand-up is not funny, he is not funny. Dave Chapelle quit and, instead of trying to replace him with someone as funny as he was, they replaced him with someone who is even more racial than him and not nearly as funny because of it. If I had known that Viacom's standards were so low, I would have auditioned for a show. I too can note that black people are indeed different in appearance than white people. I can make stereotypical jokes that do nothing but state the stereotype. The phrase "black people like menthol cigarettes," is not a joke. It's a stereotype. Stereotypes are only actually funny WHEN THERE IS A JOKE. The stereotype in and of itself is not a joke. It's just restating something that we've all heard a thousands times. Also, saying a stereotype next to a midget doesn't make the restating of old stereotypes funny either. The mere presence of a midget doesn't instantly make something funny. Stop it. Every time I am forced to see or hear jokes from this show, I die a little on the inside. Help me... Please...

| Respect; most people see it as useless in society today because so many people do not deserve it. But do they? Shouldn’t everyone be respected in their own opinion? Many people would dismiss my theory, stating that some opinions shouldn’t be respected because of their hateful nature, but who are they to say whose actions are hateful?
Most people would have you believe that people that try to demand respect from others are bullies, and they would also say that bullies are bad. But are they? After all, isn’t fear the most sincere form of respect? You respect your parents when you are a child because you are afraid that if you don’t, you will be punished (Daddy…why did you hit me so?). What could possibly be wrong with that train of thought? You respect God because if you don’t, he will surely cast you into the bowels of hell, so isn’t it safe to say that bullies make the world turn round?
Then you ask, “But doesn’t bullying show a lack of respect for the person being bullied?” That’s nonsense. If someone is being bullied they obviously haven’t tried hard enough to earn that respect and the “bully” is simply encouraging them to try harder.
People who aren’t respectful of their superiors are hurting America and need to be stopped before they and the Gay army destroy us all. | | |
| Ok, I was going to keep up the whole "born again Christian" thing, but I'm too angry.
Everything is slowly being taken over by these people and no one is
doing anything about it. For starters, there are now 3, 24-hour
Christian television stations on basic cable. I know, my first
thought was "it's not that big a deal," and "nobody watches that kind
of stuff," but my inablility to sleep has caused me to lie awake at
night and occasionally watch this stuff just because it can be quite
entertaining to watch Pat Robertson get red in the face every time he
sees a picture of a gay person. But these people are scary.
They really think that they have divine right to rule the nation as a
Christian nation and they are seriously putting their efforts into
it. There has to be something done to balance this out. As
of right now, it seems that no one either cares, or notices. A
big part of this is the fact that there are a lot of people consider
themselves to be Christian, but don't exactly see eye to eye with these
extremist and they are backing them because it seems like the right
"Christian" thing to do. If this doesn't stop then they will take
over (I know it sounds a little like an episode of the X-Files, but
it's the truth). We'll find ourselves in a theocracy before we
know it. I don't know about the rest of you, but that scares
me. I'm not a Christian. Does that mean I'm not an
American? No it damn well doesn't. I have every right to do
what I think is right WITHOUT the government shoving Christianity down
my throat by sticking their religious symbols in courthouses, public
buildings, parks and everything else they can get their hands on.
Something has to be done before these people get enough sway in
government. Already we are debating whether or not Christianity
should be a state religion. This should not even be an
issue. THE ANSWER IS NO.
Well, at least this year I can happily choose whether to celebrate
Christmas or not. That at least is somewhat of a comforting
thought.

| Well, a lot has happened lately.
I would like to announce that I have recently found Jesus in my life,
and have decided to become a born-again Christian. I realize that
some of my past opinions have been quite contradictory to my new system
of beliefs, so I would just like to say: I was wrong. If
only had could have learned early not to question the thought process
of my elders, this would have never happened. I think that this
is something young people need to learn. You shouldn't question
something just because it doesn't make sense; you should force yourself
to believe it until it makes sense. Questions are the tools of
Satan!
I would also like to thank our president, George W. Bush. I think
he's doing a great job of putting God back into our government and
kicking all of those Godless heathens (also known as Democrats).
He supports my right to force my religion onto other people and that is
something America has always held dear. Sure, it was originally
the Babists that tried to establish the "wall of separation between
Church and State", but that was because it bennifited God at the
time. Now we have the opportunity to put Jesus back into our
goverment and I think that that rule no longer should apply to us
because our God just happens to be REAL! Why can't people just
understand that?
Yep, from now on I only support the American way of life. No more
gay-loving, satan-worshiping, equal-rights-pushing crap for me. I
know who the one true lord is! Jesus Christ! No more
questioning from me. I know now that everything the Bible says is
true. I mean, the Bible says the Bible is true! What more
could you want?
I'm sorry for all of the people who thought that I was a gay
liberal. No more of that here. Just good ol' conservative
values. I apologize to any of you who are disapointed that I've
gone over to God's side. I just beg for the rest of you to repent
before the ever-merciful God smites you!
Until next time!
(Amen!)

| Well!
There has been a request for me to update, and being that that doesn't
happen very often, I thought I would grace you all with another
entry. About what, you ask? No idea.
Um...
Nine Inch Nails are freaking awsome...
So is Zelda game music...
and Dance, Dance Revolution!
And the music from Dance, Dance, Revolution!
I'm not really big on the whole xanga thing. I don't really like
the community itself. I have a DJ. That's much
cooler.
I suppose I could say something interesting and political, but I can't
think of anything to say that Ithilya hasn't already covered thousands
of times better than I could ever hope to. So see you guys around
sometime (or not).
